We had a very quiet and peaceful Sunday today.
I think a big part of that is because I made sure to get up at my regular time - a good hour before the children get up. This gives me time to wake up slowly and get some things done for me.
It also makes me more aware of them wasting time. :)
Either way it was a nice day.
